Clear stuck print jobs

+
  1. Open the printer queue from system printer settings.
  2. Cancel every document and wait for the list to clear.
  3. Disable Pause Printing and Use Printer Offline.
  4. Restart the printer and computer.
  5. On Windows, run the printer troubleshooter or restart Print Spooler if jobs remain.
  6. Send one basic test page before retrying the original file.
Print quality

Fix faded, streaked, or uneven prints

+
  1. Check ink or toner levels and use fresh, undamaged paper.
  2. Match the paper type in print settings to the loaded paper.
  3. Print the built-in quality or diagnostic page.
  4. Run one nozzle or printhead cleaning cycle.
  5. Run alignment when colors or lines do not line up.
